Opened food items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened food products.
Unopened food items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unopened condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned unopened item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@offsug.com.
We do not accept exchanges for any food items due to health and safety reasons.
